Learn how to stand on your own two hands in 2023, in this challenging two-hour learning experience and workout.

This workshop starts with a creative yoga sequence that focuses on warming up and stretching the hamstrings, opening the shoulders and engaging your abs with ujjayi breath to prime your body for lifts.

Expect a multitude of handstand and forearm variations and drills, assists with transitions like crow to handstand and integrating arm balances in short choreographed flows combined with the breath.

Open to experienced yoga students, but being able to already do a handstand is not essential.
